Yes, I've heard your requests, and I've been hard at work implementing the Next Great Thing for Atlas Quest--more attributes to describe your letterboxes! I've been reluctant to add more since I felt that they'd start to clutter up the interface, but figured out a system to work around the problem where it'll show the "main" attributes you know and love, and these new attributes are "secondary" ones whose icons will be displayed as space permits. You can mark as many as you want, and they will show up in the box details, but in search listings and such, you'll only see the main icons.
The best of both worlds! =)
Check out all the new attributes now!
Happy April Fools Day, Ryan! ;)
ReplyDeleteYou are SUCH a goober!
ReplyDeleteWhen i first logged on to AQ i thought that the "Ryan is a Total Goober" page was just a lark and silly . Now i now know its the TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH.
Happy Day
May you have nothing but smiles.

Hmmm.... In hindsight, maybe it's not such a good idea to launch a new feature so close to April Fools Day.
ReplyDeleteTry it, though. You'll see. *nodding* =)
Some of these are really funny. I love the alien abduction area--now I'm going to have to find a place where these are supposed to have occurred in my area just so I can use the icon...:D

Oh, wait a minute, its not April 1st is it? I could have used the High poop sign in my own back yard today - as I stepped in a gift from the neighbor's dog!
ReplyDeleteGood times, good times, thanks for the laughs!

At first I wasn't going to put that alien abduction zone there, but after reading all the answers to the interview question about being abducted by aliens, I realized it's a bigger problem than I imagined!
ReplyDeleteROFLMAO, honestly Ryan I can't stop laughing! My favorites were 'Rodents of Unusual Size (ROUS)' and 'Marriage Proposal happened here'.
ReplyDeleteWhere do you find the time?!!

I can definitely use the "Look out for park ranger" icon. This evil guy in one park has ESP when it comes to maintaining my letterbox and always shows up. The strange part is, this park requires a permit and I HAVE a permit. I think this evil ranger hates that I am legal. -Rose
ReplyDeleteROFLMAO some of these are just hillareous. I liked the Banana Slug Crossing. But he in Washington its the Green Forest Slug that you have to watch out for, these guys can be an inch around and 12 inches long.
ReplyDeleteHappy Fooling Day!
Hee Hee, Very clever.

Thank goodness for your idea about listing nearby facilities. You never know when you're going to need a good prison.
